- 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced

- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 scallions, sliced (white and green parts)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides (about 8-10 minutes).
- Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add cabbage and bell pepper; stir-fry for another 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle with red pepper flakes; toss everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
