  • 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 scallions, sliced (white and green parts)
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove moisture and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides (about 8-10 minutes).
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add cabbage and bell pepper; stir-fry for another 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle with red pepper flakes; toss everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
