  • 12 frozen potstickers
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced, mixed colors)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Chop veggies into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the skillet; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Push the vegetables aside and add frozen potstickers flat side down. Sear for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce over everything; toss to coat and cook for another minute.
  6. Remove from heat and top with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
