  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Sour cream (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat and stir in cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder until fragrant.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat, spoon in the beef mixture, top with cheese, and roll tightly.
  4. Place rolled enchiritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce over them and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm topped with sour cream.
