Description

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice beef sirloin against the grain for tenderness. Prepare bell peppers and onion.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
  3. Add sliced beef and minced garlic; cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Top with cheese; cover briefly until melted.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; mix gently.
  6. Serve hot directly from the skillet or on hoagie rolls.
