- 1 green bell pepper, sliced

- Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Slice beef sirloin against the grain for tenderness. Prepare bell peppers and onion.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
- Add sliced beef and minced garlic; cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Top with cheese; cover briefly until melted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; mix gently.
- Serve hot directly from the skillet or on hoagie rolls.
