Ingredients

  • Low-sodium soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Fresh ginger
  • Garlic cloves
  • Sesame oil
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and pour half the marinade over them.
