Ingredients

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Maraschino cherries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Gently mix in sliced bananas and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
  4. Layer half of the filling over the crust, followed by more banana slices and chocolate sauce. Pour remaining filling on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
