  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • Granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions
