  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and sliced mushrooms; cook until mushrooms are softened, approximately 4-5 minutes.
  4. Increase heat slightly, add chicken livers, cooking until browned on all sides for about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture; stir well and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or crusty bread.
