  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  3. Stir in minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add canned tomatoes (with juices) and drained kidney beans; mix well.
  5. Simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
