Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve one cup of pasta water before draining.
