Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve one cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, melt two tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (6–8 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring continuously.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Return chicken and rigatoni to the skillet; toss gently while adding reserved pasta water as needed.
