- 3–4 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 oz penne or fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (red or yellow)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and bell peppers for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir to combine, then add more Cajun seasoning and grated Parmesan until melted.
- Add sliced chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce; toss to coat evenly before serving hot with chopped green onions on top.
