Ingredients

  • 34 boneless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz penne or fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (red or yellow)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and bell peppers for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stir to combine, then add more Cajun seasoning and grated Parmesan until melted.
  6. Add sliced chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce; toss to coat evenly before serving hot with chopped green onions on top.
