- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- Dipping sauce of choice
Instructions
- Finely chop the chicken breasts and mix in a bowl with soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and green onions until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper diagonally on a clean surface. Place about two tablespoons of the filling in the center and fold the bottom corner over it tightly.
- Moisten the edges with water, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Carefully fry a few egg rolls at a time for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked rolls to paper towels to drain excess oil and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
