Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and add sun-dried tomatoes; stir and let simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in fresh spinach and Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce; let everything meld together for an additional 2-3 minutes before serving.
